Similarity & Safety Signals
To help detect near-identical replicas and abuse, we may compute non-reversible perceptual hashes, embeddings, or other similarity signals on uploaded Reference Templates and generated outputs. We use these signals to throttle, block, or review jobs; they are not sold or used to train generalized models.

Google User Data
Access and Use of Google User Data
Posters Ready, Inc. uses Google Drive functionality through Google Workspace APIs to enable seamless file management and collaboration within our platform. We access and use the following Google user data:
- Data that users directly provide to us, such as document files or folder structures stored in their Google Drive.
- Any personal data (e.g., names, contact information) associated with documents users choose to integrate within our platform.
We confirm that Google Workspace APIs and any data accessed through them are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML) models. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of our users' data.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell Google user data to third parties. Under extremely limited circumstances do we disclose it to third parties:
- With our service providers who assist with our platform operations, bound by confidentiality agreements.
- With legal authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Data Protection Mechanisms
We prioritize the security of Google user data by employing industry-standard security measures, including:
- Encryption of data during transfer and storage.
- Secure access controls to limit data access only to authorized personnel.
- Regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure continuous protection.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide and improve our services or as required by law. Users may request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at hello@postersready.com. We permanently delete user data from our systems once the retention period expires (90 days) or upon user request.
Reference Templates you upload are retained while your workspace remains active and for up to 90 days after deletion for security and audit purposes. Similarity signals (e.g., perceptual hashes) may be retained longer to prevent repeat abuse but are non-reversible and not used for advertising.
Other Sites and Services
Our Services may contain links to websites and other online services operated by third parties. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.
Data Security
We employ a number of technical, organizational and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no security measures are failsafe and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
Children
The Services are not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through our Services from a child under 18 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
